Excellent experience, from someone who has been buying auto parts for 40 years. I had an old car that needed a discontinued part. Carew is the only place that I could find that had exactly what I needed. Patrick took time to talk to me about the part, made sure it would fit my vehicle, and then shipped it out (to Florida). I called back a couple days later, and Patrick tracked the package for me so I knew when to expect it. The part was wrapped securely when it arrived and it worked! Just top-notch service all around at a good price. I rarely write reviews but Carew was one of the best experiences I've ever had with an auto parts store.

Customer service is out of this world! I contacted Carew Parts about a replacement dash cluster for one of our work vans. They replied to my email and said that my problem was likely not the dash cluster. Not only did they not try to sell me a part that wasn't needed but they went out of their way to supply me with information and tests to try and diagnose the problem that we've been chasing for weeks.
