As rude as Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. I was shocked by the lack of basic courtesy and customer service. No one should be treated this way. I would strongly advise others to think twice before dealing with this person.

I wish I could give it ZERO stars! I also had an experience with Joe. I called about a Dodge Ram listed with 123k miles. I get there (not a very impressive place) and I walk around to find it, every car is dirty inside and out. I meet Joe and we look at the truck, it had 129k miles on it...ok not that far off. We negotiate and I get in writing a few things I want fixed before I purchase the truck. He agrees to fix them and as I give him a $500 cash deposit he tells me "by the way...I have to let you know the true miles are unknown" This should have been a huge red flag but I let the happiness of buying a truck I need cloud my vision. As soon as I get home I run the VIN on Carfax and last year the truck was reported to have over 190k miles!!!! Why would you advertise it at 123k and show 129

Recently bought a car here and Joe was excellent! Great customer service and he made sure all my concerns were handled professionally. Car is running great and for a great deal! Will buy here again and recommend to friends and family!

I brought a car from them 4 days ago and Joe said it was in perfect condition. I drove it and they just told me it needed a front end alignment. I took it to a mechanic near my house and was told the wheel of axle on the car is messed up and the car has been wrecked! Joe told me that all of the cars have clean titles. STRAIGHT UP LIES. I checked the car fax and saw that the car has 29 hits on it and has been wrecked. They truly took advantage of me because I'm a young college student, I'm a girl, and I was willing to hand them money. They didn't once tell me that the wheel of axle was messed up and I could have lost my life driving that car or killed someone else in a wreck. The check engine light came on and the battery died within the four days! I hope they didn't forget about the Lemon
