Most recently, we had both of our vehicles (truck & sedan) in for a full detail. We tried the pickup/drop off service being offered, and it was a great first experience. Both vehicles were long overdue for a deep clean and shine. My truck needed some extra attention on the interior (kids and cloth seats) and the “Clean Team” knocked it out of the park. I had my husband’s truck detailed at BigDeal and I was overly impressed with the job they did. When we got the truck back it was as clean as the day we bought it, if not more clean! They did a fantastic job we will definitely be back! Thank you guys!

I would not recommend this place for your auto detailing. I’m going to begin by saying this was my first detailing service, so I didn’t even really know what to expect. However, I thought getting your car detailed meant they would go above & beyond and do the things you don’t do when you wash your car yourself. I was underwhelmed with both the interior and the exterior work they did. The chrome letting on the outside had dirt around each letter still. The grill had not been wiped in between the “teeth” of the grill. Also, the door jams still had visible dirt and had not been wiped down. As far as the inside goes, whatever spray they use on the plastic pieces had been sprayed everywhere, but not wiped. So everything was greasy and I had to wipe everything down when I got home. Fantastic job detailing 17 year old pickup. Came out of the shop looking like new. Especially the interior. Can’t say thank you enough and the price is more than fair. Will certainly go back.
