They took my money and didn't order the main part for 13 months after I paid. I was awarded a judgement against them, they won't pay. My truck had to be sold for parts. Do not work with Alex. Do not let your company hire Alex. Go look at Iowa Courts Online to see what type of person he is.

Update 05.12.25: all parts have arrived and look beautiful. I do recommend calling them to check on processing times before you place an order for fabricated parts. They are a small company, so expect to wait a little longer then some of the mass producers. With that said, I will say their product is top notch and will be swapping out a competitors traction Bars to rep Upcountry Fab.

Ordered a custom 10 inch kit from these guys couldn’t have asked for a better looking kit. Ran into an issue with my u bolt brackets not working with my style ubolts I hit up Alex no questions asked he overnighted me what I needed. Also has the pleasure of dealing with Jen on the phone any questions I had she kept me in the loop. Remember people Rome wasn’t built in a day quality takes time this isn’t off the shelf stuff. Great people glad I had the pleasure of dealing with them.

Make this the last place you take your vehicles. My husband and I were recommended to go here by my coworker (the owners brother) in October of 2024. We took my husband’s truck to get a new engine replacement. Ever since dropping his truck off there we have experienced nothing but lies and excuses from the owner (Alex Buck). It’s coming up on October of 2025 and we do not have a truck with a new working engine and we do not have our $20,000 dollars that we paid him. He said he spent our money on other things and was unable to buy our engine and never even ordered the engine with the down payment he asked us to provide him. posting under my business account just to update. 1 year and nearly 2 months later and hearing my order was with fabrication for the past year. I finally got the good news that they were in coating and inspections would be a 2 week process then I would be contacted with shipping info yes finally. Wait a minute clearly this can't be a lie ??? or is it. waited patiently for 1 montn to allow additional time just incase something got delayed.Tied calling several times straight to voice mail. Sent text emails no answer to anything. I respect the good reviews but will have to assume ...well you know how it works in the business world.I want my money so now im contacting some different state and federal agencies that protect Veterans against fraud to help end this nightmare.
