I took my daughter’s bronco in and asked them to do a tuneup a few small things look it over and make it safe, legal and drivable. They never called me when it was done. I went there, walked up and They acted like they didn’t know me I told him I was there for the bronco and they said “oh yeah it’s ready “not sure why I didn’t get a call. Then when we drive away, we noticed that The dashboard blinker lights don’t work and the front headlight is out. I took it back and let them know and was told “oh no one told me anything about a headlight” I asked about The dashboard blinker lights and was pretty much brushed off insinuating it would be much too big of a job to fix. And I’m still confused as to why I wasn’t called when the car was done. Needless to say, I’ll take my Baja somewhere else

Bigfoot was ready for me at my appointment time. They did a thorough, efficient job at a decent price. In addition to changing my oil and oil filter they replaced my cabin air filter. They also filled up my tires with air and replaced a missing valve cap for free.

Got my Grand Marquis working after 2+ years sitting, they replaced the fuel rail, later I changed all the spark plugs & ignition coils & now she runs smooth again.

Bigfoot auto is great, good and fast service. I had my rig towed to their shop and they had me back on the road in a few hours, hard to beat that. They have a Knowledgeable and pleasant crew with no BS so that's refreshing. I will be going back soon for some brake work.
