Mike was incredible. I was headed to the coast with 11 kids and my van broke down. He took the time to trouble shoot and get me all fixed up. New battery and he installed for me! Thank you Cabe Junction Napa and especially Mike! Saved me today and I am forever grateful.

Napa in cave junction is amazing , good employees and knowledgeable to a certain extent, they arent your mechanic or the shipping department but will help everyone to the best of their capabilities. And believe it or not, the employees do not make the prices ...... that may be a bit high but worth the convenience.

I just moved to Cave Junction and was desperately in need of help when it came time to getting my trailer backed into my driveway. I'm a single mom, I had a Uhaul and a 20ft trailer, and no idea what I was doing. It was close to closing time on a Saturday, and although my request was unusual, Robert came by after closing to help me out. He was very kind, confident, and asked for nothing in return. I am positive that having good people like that really makes all of the difference when needing to get service, I will 100% go to them whenever I need work done in the future. Thanks Robert for helping in my time of need being my first contact in building my new community here in Cave Junction!

These folks are always extremely helpful and I appreciate them. Last visit they didn't have exactly what I was looking for but helped me find other options. They also put on my new windshield wipers for me!

Went in asking for Honda oil. They told me Honda dosnt make oil. I get if you've never heard of it, but yes Honda has their own oil. *edit( you didn't help me get on the road, you spoke to me in a condescending manner, and were wrong)
