Picked up my car after getting new hard brake lines and it almost didn't start, check engine and oil pressure light were on...changed oil when i got home and there was oil slick all over the undercarriage and WAY too much oil in my engine. Don't know what they did but now I need a new oil pump. Will not be getting this done there or anything ever again that's for sure.

I had a bad steering pump originally on my end here......went to Bigger Automotive to get it serviced and Paul and the team put in a new steering pump with new hoses that were all needed and unfortunately that new steering pump was faulty and had issues 2-3 weeks later after Bigger Automotive put that new pump into my car. I was able to go back to them and the second time they installed a new steering pump they did an excellent job at no cost the second time around and the guys did great work and everything runs fantastic now! A big thank you to Paul and Jeff and the guys there. I really appreciate you guys coming back to fix my car the second time around at no cost due to some faulty car parts. I can’t tell you how great it is to find a mechanic that doesn’t care how much I know about cars. They’re just trying to deliver the best service they can. I’ve lived all over this country and it can be really tough as a woman to find a mechanic who doesn’t either talk down to me or try to talk me into things I don’t need. Bigger Rd Auto makes me feel confident in their service and I will be bringing my car to them as long as I live in the area.

I would NOT recommend Bigger Road Automotive to anyone. They did not treat me fairly and completely misdiagnosed my car. They told me my motor was blown and made it seem like my only option was to replace the entire engine or give up on the vehicle. Come to find out, all I actually needed were spark plugs and a coil pack. Their misinformation could have cost me thousands of dollars, and the way they handled the situation felt dishonest and careless. Either they didn’t know what they were doing, or they tried to take advantage of me—neither is acceptable. Save yourself the stress and take your car somewhere that actually knows what they’re doing and treats customers with honesty.

I recently got an oil change and tire rotation and the pricing is really good. However, I asked them to inspect the brakes and let me know how they’re looking. I picked up my car and walked out the door, and then it dawned on me that I never heard anything about the inspection. I walked back in and asked about the brakes, and he told me that they are worn out. I was a bit frustrated about that because had I not gone back and asked, I would’ve just assumed everything was fine and it could’ve been a huge problem. They also didn’t call me when my car was ready and I only found out when I called them. Good pricing but I’m not happy with their communication.
