I just backed my truck into a ditch, and the only reason I couldn’t get out was because my transmission was gone, I had no forward gears. This is the only reason why I needed their help. They they claimed I wrecked my truck just because I knocked a stop sign in the process which me in a state trooper ended up fixing it by hand. My SUV slid off the road outside DuBois during a snowstorm. Bigler Boyz arrived quickly and pulled me out of the ditch without any damage. Very professional and reassuring in bad weather.

On a trip across country our truck wheel came off. We waited 45 mins for the tow truck, in the cold, on the side of the highway. Bud showed up with a crew cab tow truck and the first thing did was let us sit in the heated truck out of the cold while him and another operator got our truck loaded and the trailer we were pulling hooked up to get to the hotel we need to stay in for the night. Not only did Bud get us where we needed to go safely he went above and beyond for us. Bud dropped the truck and trailer in the parking lot of the tow company and gave us a ride to McDonald’s for food and drove us to the hotel we were staying in. He also hooked us up with a ride for the next morning to get parts we needed to fix the truck. We just want to thank Bud for the excellent service that we receive
