We were passing thru town when our vehicle’s undercarriage cover detached and dragged. We happened to be in front of this location, so we pulled in to see if we could get some help reattaching it. We were greeted by Miss Karen at the front desk. We explained the issue and she had gentlemen check it out and fix the issue. Great customer service! Thank you!

Took a tractor for tire in (that I just bought from him) . It went flat again after I got home, and after they charged me 40 dollars. The attendant told me that I had a bent rim.. still charged.. ordered a new rim and take it up there to have what I just painted them money to fix. Asked them to put tire on the new rim and put a few squirts of slime in it..they mounted it for twenty dollars, then charged me sixty dollars for the slime, and it's still losing air..all he cares about is money..does not stand behind what he sells ..of I take it back I'm sure he will probably try to charge again.. sorry excuse for a business

If I could give them more stars I would! Super helpful, kind, nicely priced and an amazing job done in a timely manner! I’ve had both my trucks there to get the sensors relearned and air put in. As well my tires rotated and balanced on my dually. Although we couldn’t put new value stems in due to my wheels they tried everything to help me! Bill Bass Tires and Service will for sure get my service in the future! Thank you for all your help and kindness!

Great service every time we end up with a nail in the tires of one of the trucks! Been here many times in the last year. We use Bass Tires for personal and work vehicles. My husband even sends coworkers here.

A friend recommended them to me, and I recommend you go see them if you need tires. I had an epic blowout on a friday night, but was able to get through the weekend on my spare. These guys gave me a fair deal on a replacement tire on Monday, and got me fixed up and back on the road in a reasonable amount of time. The staff was really nice, keeping me informed about the progress and generally letting me know I wasn't forgotten even though they were a bit busy.
