There's a major blessing coming to the owners of this establishment. Finding honest and caring people in this world is far and few between. Today, I experienced customer service at its finest. Thank you guys for taking great care of me needs. Not only did they save me some money, the issue I was experiencing was handled with ease. I can't thank you guys enough!!

7hrs away from home, I had a tire losing air quickly. Tow truck company recommended Tire City and they did not disappoint! I had my car towed there shortly after 8am. They had my tire patched and me back on the road before 9am! What a wonderful local shop with kind and welcoming workers. I am thankful and could not recommend them enough!

Professional and courteous. Eric was awesome!! The crew was awesome!! Expect a bit of a wait because they’re busy but they’ll definitely get you taken care of. You can tell from the rating, the wait is nothing compared to the overall service. Good people. Quality service. Affordable prices. Highly recommended.

I dropped off 4 wheels to get new tires at 1 o'clock. Was told to come back in 1 to 2 hours. Went back at 3 not done. Was told they would be done by closing time at 5. Went back at 4 45 and still not done. I don't live in town, I know they would not be done by 5 so I wasted 2 trips to town and 1 hour driving back and forth and no tires. What's up with that. I guess it wasn't important for them ??

Eric and his staff are amazingly helpful. Priced fairly and they work efficiently! Highly recommend!
