This has been one of the most stressful experiences my family has ever had with a dealership, and I want to warn others so they don’t go through the same thing. We bought a 2019 Dodge Durango from here at the end of October. We specifically asked multiple times if there was anything wrong with the car. We were told by the sales staff that it was a “great car,” had a clean history, passed the required inspection, and had routine maintenance. They reassured us over and over that it was solid and safe for our family. The Carfax seemed to match what they said, so we trusted them. My first visit to BBF was back in 2011. I've been back multiple times over the years, but timing just wasn't right to purchase from them. A few weeks ago, I went back and worked with Troy, who was a hoot to talk with and a very helpful salesman. He was willing to talk with me outside of the lot via text with updates on cars I was interested in and made sure I was aware of the shopping/buying process at each step. I also worked with Greg, who helped me yesterday with my actual purchase...also a gem! Finance Manager Kyle got me a great APR and monthly payment. Great team of folks down there!

Excellent capable service from Bill Brandt Ford. Just picked up my Tesla model three from Greg Renwick, who was a very capable sales person. I reached out to him after seeing his car listed on car guru. He got back to me very quickly took videos of the inside and outside of the car, which was located over an hour drive from me. We quickly negotiated price and I went to pick up the car the next day. completed my purchase from start to finish in 90 minutes. Everything was very efficient and Greg was wonderful to work with. Highly recommended.
