We brought our 2006 Jeep Liberty to Micon, after another shop in Brentwood left us with more problems than we originally had. The A/C would not stay on, we had no power to our sunroof, and loss of power post an engine rebuild. Micon discovered the other shop had removed the power source to the sunroof and was not accurately measuring freon in the A/C system. They also finally determined the reason for the loss of power. David and Kyle spent many more hours on the Jeep, much more than any other shop was willing to do! They test drove it and did not charge us for many diagnosing hours. Be careful with trusting this shop. I received a quote over the phone, set time to do the work, made time adjustments on my end to accommodate only to get to a bait and switch on the price and a waste of my time.

I would highly recommend this shop. They worked with me through different codes from the check engine light and provided clear information about what was wrong and how it was to be fixed. They also provided the repairs quickly - which is a godsend as anyone who has had their car in the shop knows. (Uber costs add up quickly) My family has also had repairs done from Micon and they have received the same high level of care and customer service.
