Had a great experience at Bill Brown Collision Center in Livonia on Plymouth Road. From start to finish working with service advisor Melinda Hovey was seamless and successful. Melinda was helpful, informative and answered every question and concern I had. The shop did excellent work and was able to color match my vehicle. My trunk lid was damaged from a fallen tree branch and it needed body and paint. Excellent work! Thank You!

Had my brand new Ford Explorer Platinum repaired at Bill Brown. Walked in on Monday to schedule an appointment, dropped the vehicle off Wednesday morning for repair. They replaced the passenger door and repaired the rear quarter panel, picked up my vehicle on Tueday. Quality of work was excellent and Stephanie kept me informed the entire way. As a fanatic car owner I wouldn't go anywhere else.
