I hit a deer on the interstate but was able to avoid major damage. It damaged my fender and hood slightly and broke my headlight. The vendor for the headlight took weeks to get it delivered to the shop. Amber got me a rental car and didn't charge me for it. My car is black with a ceramic coating so any difference is highly noticeable. When I got my car back it literally looked like it was brand new again. They got the insurance to pay to replace the ceramic coating also. Highly recommend this body shop.

I want to give a big shout out to Bill Cole Collision Center. I have used their collision repair services for my family over the last 20+ years. They have always given great fast service and our vehicles come back home looking new. Great Body service, quick to get you in and fast to get it finished. They go the extra mile. I would like to ask that my service man Brian Nunn did a fabulous job and Stone Milam was great to set up my appt., did a good appraisal and helped get a rental car. Both very respectful, kind young men. I would like to recommend a raise for them. How blessed Bill Cole Collision Center is to have such awesome personnel working for them.

While I have not had any service done at this location I mistakenly called them with a problem. The gentleman on the phone after realizing I wasn't his customer gave me the correct number and a name to call the other business. Great Service in my opinion. He went above and beyond.

Had my van repaired there and they did a great job can’t even tell you can’t see any over spray it looks amazing and they even cleaned and detailed the inside and look like new on the inside they really did a great job
