Excellent experience as always! I only got an oil and filter change. From the purchase of the vehicle, any issues that I've had with it, till now just exceptional service from sale to services. I will say that the only problem that I've had was operating the coffee machine in the waiting area, but that is a me problem not them. The machine works fine, I just had never used a Keurig coffee maker before! I've got it figured out now though. LOL
Always do a superb job with attention to detail. Explains everything to my satisfaction. I have purchased 6 vehicles from Bill Cole Auto Mall since 2010 and I would not go anywhere else!
Andy Knipp always gives us the best customer service experience. We are treated with such kindness and respect.
