5/5 – Honest, Affordable, and Truly Good People I took my car to this shop by myself (without my boyfriend,) and I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with an auto repair place. In the past, when I’ve taken my car somewhere without my boyfriend, I’ve been taken advantage of- overcharged, pushed into repairs I didn’t need, and left feeling stressed. But this shop was the complete opposite. They treated me with respect, didn’t try to upsell anything, and didn’t fix a single thing without calling me first with an estimate. They were upfront about everything, and the price was extremely fair, probably should have charged me More, especially considering how many issues they fixed. No surprises, just honest work. I am not from this area so I am always hesitant taking my car to a new shop. I needed new brakes and rotors on my car and when I called, Rick personally talked to me and let me know what he could do to help me. He told me to bring my car in the next day. I met him personally and everyone there was so friendly! They replaced my front rotors and front and rear brake pads. I was able to pick my car up the next day. A couple weeks later, my engine started to tick. I called and Rick told me not to worry and to bring it in the next day. He helped me as soon as I came in and found a solution within 15 minutes. As a woman its hard to trust the men at some shops but here he listens to the problem and fixes it. I thought it was something way more expensive and he could of just went with what I thought was wrong with it, but I was wrong and he explained that to me and it only cost 2 hundred instead of thousands.
