Same old predatory scam that takes advantage of the ignorance of their customers. I wonder how many of these 5 star reviews are just unassuming customers that got completely fleeced by this company, but weren't aware, because it was done with a friendly smile. I needed a negative cable replaced. All troubleshooting pointed to that cable needing replaced. The biggest piece of info was that 1. It had a brand new battery. 2. Couldn't get it grounded when trying to jump. 3. Creating a ground with one negative jumper cable on the battery, and the other on the motor. This creates your own ground if that cable is too corroded or not getting a connection. When creating its own ground, the car started just fine. Absolutely horrendous!!! We are RV travelers from out of town and recently needed some service. I had them do my front brakes even though they were the most expensive place in town simply due to convenience. Shortly after my fuel pump went out and I spoke with them about it. The mechanic told me he would get the owner to approve him to do this for $100 simply because of our situation. The owner, Jamie, refused and they quoted me $330 in labor for what books as a 2.5 hour job. I called around and even had O’Reilly deliver the part to me.
