This dealership is amazing. I was on an out of town work trip when my Ram broke down. One of the salesman even rescued me from a mile down the road with a jump box. They got my truck in and fixed quickly. Had a rental car for me right on site so I was able to continue my drive 3.5 hrs home. All this 10 minutes before they were about to close for the night. Do you know how many places would have prabably not even of answered the phone that close to closing time! I can't say enough positive things about Bill Gaddis CDJR!!! Truly a 100% hassle/stress free experience! 5 star's isn't enough!!!

Gaddis Service always does a great job on our vehicles, customer service and advisor are always professional. Prices compared to non OEM service centers make Gaddis a no brainer. Regular specials emailed and best tire deals with the buy 3 get 1 free deal since these are OEM brands and sizes so my Durango R/T stays true to its roots! Long ago dealers would be the most expensive for service but nowadays that’s not the case.
