Vernon was only shop that even answered my call and he offered to fix it Sunday for me so I wouldn't have to wait until Monday to even contact someone. Not only did he do an amazing job on the repair, his customer service went well beyond anything I've ever experienced. He took me back to hotel and picked me up when it was ready! And his price was MORE THAN FAIR. Parts and labor cost me less than most shops would charge in labor alone! He knew I was desperate and had no other options, yet he treated me honestly and respectfully. He's an HONEST man and a great mechanic.
