Never been treated so horribly by someone who is supposed to be a professional. After I was in a car accident which totaled my vehicle and body, they would not let me get my belongings from my vehicle, then after my lawyer called them, I was able to get my belongings and all of my tools were stolen that were in the back hatch area of my car. They were covered by a large picture and my backseat was folded down so I have no doubt that someone from Bill & Joe's stole my expensive tools because my car was nowhere else. I would deter anyone and everyone from ever using this place. They are disrespectful thieves!!!

So, nobody ever thinks needing a tow truck is something that will become repetitive. I have had to call one several times and for a few situations because of my Mazda I had. Everyone I dealt with has always been very understanding of how sensitive the situation has been. Recently My newest car unfortunately had the clutch go out. Here I am on the side of the road and who am I gonna call? Bill and Joe's of course. In any other situation it would of been ghost busters but....Not this one..And I'm a talker. I got to have the owner bring me home. He's pretty cool and listened to my babbling all the way home. I think I told him my whole life story and hope he doesn't further bill me. Our neighbors Cat had 2 tiny black kittens,but they won't come down &/or to be seen &grabbed by the MaMa lady nextdoor So since we always use Bill & Tows, I googled for your Company. But apparently I called an 800 number -&a foreign young man answered the phone, saying he was the Wood River and that JUST TO USE A SLIM JIM, IT WOULD COST US $209.00. I HAD ALREADY TOLD HER THAT WE WOULD SPLIT THE COST BECAUSE WE WANTED 1 of the kittens. Our neighbors behind us ruined the 2008 Chevy Equinox with only 49,000 miles on the computer. My sweetie likes to talk guy stuff with guys, ( cars,motors, speed boards, jet ski's etc)But their are TWO HOUSES ON THESE LOTS CLOSEST TO OLIN-WEILAND BRASS AND HE WAS A TIRE JUNKER, My Fiancee told him a cheaper,easier way to make money. In thanks for that he broke

I called this morning for my daughter, she was stuck along side the road in East Alton. The dispatcher I spoke with was super friendly and helpful. The tow truck driver was there within minutes and was super great with my daughter. Price was very reasonable as well. Thanks to Bill and Joe's for great service. Highly recommend!!
