They helped me out so much. My battery was dead and come to find out the dealer put the wrong battery in my car so they sold me the right one and changed it for me. Also my car burns through oil and they filled that up for me too for a very great affordable price. Highly recommend them

I contacted this auto parts store by phone and spoke with Eric. Unfortunately, he was rude, impatient, and spoke without any respect. A little professionalism goes a long way, and this experience was very disappointing.

WOW! THESE GENTLEMEN AND THE SWEET WOMAN THAT WORK HERE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR ME!!!! HANDS DOWN THE NICEST, MOST CARING PEOPLE I HAVE EVER COME INTO CONTACT WITH! I bought a transmission from Red's and had another mechanic do the install... long story short it was put in wrong so Eric had his mechanic at ANDY CO in Roxana Install it for me, properly. AND COVERED 100% OF THE COST FOR LABOR!!!! I am a single mother, that van is our only means of transportation and I am forever grateful!!!! ♥️ YALL ARE THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!!

No stars...as you can see I just got this battery 1 1/2 months ago. They refused to exchange it without the paper receipt, or the fact that their name and time when purchased is on it,even though this information is in their computer for I watched them enter it. Maybe some laundering going on there or some type of evasion, either way they lost a customer for life and I will make others aware.
