I visited Bill Muench Insurance Company in Round Rock on a Wednesday afternoon and was disappointed by the level of professionalism I encountered. From the moment I arrived, the staff appeared stand-offish and dismissive. Rather than being greeted with courtesy or a willingness to assist, I was met from Jay with an attitude that felt dismissive and, frankly, arrogant. As someone who values respectful and transparent communication—especially when dealing with important matters like insurance—I found the experience frustrating and disheartening. I expected a higher standard of customer service and left feeling unheard and undervalued.

We have all of our insurance with Bill Muench insurance. They always search for the best and most reasonable insurance for our house, cars, trailers and boat. Claims are processed quickly, and someone is always there to answer questions or address concerns.

New policy holder. Had a hiccup, via Progressive’s end (communication issue)… The team at BM was attentive, compassionate, and prompt (literally within minutes of my call) in resolving the issue. Would absolutely recommend. Just get your policy written with the BM team, not your carrier.
