My mother and I went out car shopping with the fact knowing that we would have to go to 30 different places to find the right one. Our first stop was Bill Penney and we didn’t go anywhere else. The salesman, Kaden Nicholas, was by far the most well spoken and extremely intelligent salesman I have ever worked with. He was extremely honest and worked with us to find the right car for my mother. He even talked us out of buying the higher priced car for one that was cheaper and more dependable. I cannot recommend Jake Sanders enough. He made the entire car buying process 10x easier & faster than any dealership I’ve ever dealt with. This is from my daughter-in-law Lacey Bell in Jasper! I bought a Yukon from them 6 weeks ago. Less than a week into driving it I started noticing problems with acceleration and shifting. When buying the car I was told the technicians had test drove and checked the vehicle. There were minor things they repaired before putting it out on the lot but nothing major. May be naive of me but I took their word for it since all seemed fine during the test drive. Also you would think basic inspections like fluid checks etc would be done. Turns out it has major transmission issues that would have been very obvious had the technicians even glanced at the transmission fluid. The manager Foster informed me they do very basic inspections on vehicles and only "safety checks" are done. Things like seatbelts
