I scheduled to have a fender repair done with him & took my car to him on the date we agreed on. He said the car would be ready by the end of the week. No problem. The day before weeks end, I called to see if it was gonna be ready when we he said. He told me that he had already taken the fender off and he was just waiting on the new fender to come in. He said the mail hadn’t ran but that it may come that day & then told me that he could rework the fender on the car & have it ready by the next day. I said that I’ll just wait on the fender and hopefully it’ll come that evening. I told him I’d call him the next day after work & a nap bc I work nights. I called & he didn’t answer so after over an hour of no call back, I drove to his shop to see my car sitting in the yard with the bumper and f
