The person who helped me made me feel like the service was spectacular. Her name is Kelly, and she was very attentive and kind. She followed up with me every step of the way with my vehicle, lent me a car while mine was being repaired, and made the whole process super easy. Following the recent snow storms, my Acura Rdx developed a shudder of in the wheels whenever I drove over 60 miles per hour. Fearing I must have damaged the front suspension, I took my vehicle for inspection and repair to Bill Vince Acura at Bridgewater. This is the usual place I take my vehicle for routine maintenance. They gave me a loner car because I left my vehicle overnight for diagnosis. The next day they called and told me that there was nothing wrong with my vehice, and the severe cold weather had created ice within the suspension parts.The ice was lodged in even though I was driving back and and forth to work for two days.. They cleared the ice, took it on a test drive and told that everything was fine and did not charge me anything, including for the loaner vehicle. This level o
