The manager, Berns, and his staff have a true sense of community! They did an amazing job fixing my daughter's car after she was hit. I had to go in for a small repair and Berns himself took care of me knowing it was quick-fix and I that I needed to get back on the road for work. They are ALWAYS more than happy to help. I got a tour of the new facility and it is IMPRESSIVE and CLEAN! Berns shared what's done throughout the day and this crew is hard working! I highly recommend them.

I truly appreciate the excellent service provided by Bern and his team. After my car was involved in an accident, I called Bern the very next morning, and within just 10 minutes he arranged a tow truck. This was extremely helpful, as I didn’t have to wait for my insurance to take action. The team was very prompt in providing the repair estimate within a day, and within a week I had clear decisions on the next step. The pace of work was impressively fast and efficient. I’m extremely happy with the service & the work done on my car. Everyone is so polite & accommodating. I worked with Berns & he is terrific. I used their car rental service “GO Rentals” and found “GO” to be sooooo much better than Enterprise. The price was not outrageous & it was a 2025 & very clean, like a new car. Can’t go wrong with that.

I believe Bridgewater Collision was the best choice I made to have an expensive vehicle fixed. Bern, owns the company was never in a hurry to talk to you, listens to you carefully like a therapist which put me at ease from the start. Very thorough and professional. He is the people’s man, he does not give you plausible deadlines as parts are hard to find these days. Being patient with a serious dilemma means you are in the right hands to get your vehicle feeling brand new and when it was delivered, it was immaculate. I could not tell the damage I incurred. How it looked is posted here, looks brand new now.
