Excellent Customer Service. Definitely recommend visiting Bill Williams Tire if you have the need. I'll be coming back when I have money to spend.

I was in Plainview this week for work and ended up with a low tire. I stopped into Bill Williams to have it looked at and had a great experience. Everyone was friendly and helpful, they looked at my tire quickly and the manager came out to make sure I was being taken care of. He even helped explain what I needed to make sure my car was safe to drive. I would definitely recommend this location and am grateful that the manager was so nice.

Bill Williams Tire Center is my new go to for tires! 5:50 pm on my way home, about 1 mile west of Plainview city limits and I lose all pressure in one tire. A quick Google search of shops, with a couple open until 6pm. My call to the first shop I tried went unanswered. Moving down the list was Bill Williams. 5:55 and Ben answers! He's cordial and understanding and says he'll have a tech my way shortly. Max arrives within 10 minutes, gets my vehicle to the shop, repairs my tire and makes sure my spare is in good shape. Ben and Max were gracious even though my emergency kept them past their 6pm closing time, and they are definitely the heroes for this old, fat, single woman. If you need tires, Bill Wiiliams is the place to go. The guys are very friendly, service is amazing. Ordered tires yesterday, had them put on today.
