Needed my a.c. system evacuated ASAP, the shop was able to get it handled the day I needed and also needed brakes and rotors installed before going out of town and received quick service. Staff made me feel like family, they are very nice and informative on questions that I have had.

I have to brag on Val-Tech! I love this place so much. They always have patience with me and all my questions. Only place I trust to take any of my vehicles. Always have a warm welcome and make me feel like family. They are just great but most importantly they are fast. Highly HIGHLY recommend.

I am very happy with the staff and service. I took my truck in to get a noise checked out, I had taken it to a different shop and had gotten bad news, wanted a second opinion. They took my truck out for a test drive to find the source of the noise. They found the noise and it was a minor fix, versus major repair I was quoted at the 1st shop. They did a thorough check of my truck as I am going to travel next week. I am truly happy and appreciate the honesty and service I received. I highly recommend Valtech Automotive to anyone looking for an honest mechanic shop.

Had good work done there in the past at a good price on a Toyota, but recently had a terrible experience getting brake pads and front rotors replaced on my Subaru. Right out of the shop, brakes made a grinding noise and vibrated the pedal. Took it back and they said they couldn’t find anything wrong and that the sound was normal for new pads. Gave it a few weeks till sound got worse and noticed that the wear on my new rotors was already bad. Took it to the dealership to have them look and had to have all brake pads and both front rotors replaced again. Service guy at dealership blamed the issue on the brake pads put in. Disappointed in the quality of brake pads used by Valtech and frustrated with how much extra the whole ordeal cost me.

We are new to the area and finding a good shop and finding one like we had where we moved from. Since I really didn't know anyone in Plainview I had to resort to the internet. I found Val-Tech and read the reviews after reading the reviews I drove over to them. I was happy to find out that Val-Tech is a family owned business and the repair work was done in a timely manner and the work top notch.
