I first contacted the folks at Billings RV about a new Aliner Switchback truck camper in July 2025. The product wasn't available from the manufacturer yet, but Farah kept me informed with texts and calls until the beginning of November when the campers arrived. The service department at Billings RV went out of their way and hustled to make sure my camper was available for pickup on a blustery Friday afternoon, and even tolerated our dog running around the store while we waited! I was very impressed with the customer service and genuine care from the first phone call all the way through driving our new camper off the lot.

Bought a trailer and had 30 day warranty on fridge. Went camping and refrigerator did not keep things cold. Thru out $150 in food, spent $175 in gas to take it back for repair. Service manager Erik claimed nothing was wrong with it. Picked it back up and stopped for fuel, the propane tanks were leaking terribly. Stopped in Great Falls at another dealer. Sure enough, had to replace the propane regulator and new tanks. $600 dollars later, my refrigerator works great. Service manager knew what was going as the second dealership told me they tightened the tanks so much (apparently trying to fix it). They had a terrible time removing the old regulator. Interestingly , Erik never mentioned that to us. This all should have been done under warranty, Erik the service manager couldn’t figur

Best RV supply store around! Knowledgeable and friendly staff. They aren't pushy, and they don't try to up sell you on items. I've been here 5 or 6 times in the last few years and I've never left dissatisfied.

Fantastic experience working with Corey! He shared his time and knowledge and together we found the best option for me. I also got a very fair deal on my trade in. Will definitely send friends to Billings RV.

Was pretty helpful at making a sale but after that extremely rude, disrespectful and mean! All cause we wouldn't pay the high prices of in house installation and installed the part ourselves. Followed instructions and the part still didn't work properly. Called to visit and they were anything but nice! Yelled, said we didn't listen, we didn't know what we were doing and they refused to refund or help any further. We do not recommend this company and we will NEVER return. I don't like giving them even 1 star
