Manny and the Mountain View Radiator team are consistently great at customer service and response. I've taken my Jeep, a BMW, a Toyota Landcruiser and a Nissan Z there for various things (including the complicated work normally a BMW dealer might do) and Mountain View Rad. has always done great work at MUCH lower costs than the dealers. In addition, they are always fast and communicate well when there is an issue, more parts are needed, or they might need more time. They have done everything including radiators, brakes, timing belts/water pumps, fuel injectors, coils/ignition, etc. and I've never had a single complaint or issue and I find them very trustworthy. I don't live close by their shop but their work is worth the drive.

The greatest perk of working with them has got to be the information; they explain how it all works and give you examples of the differences between each quote for services you ma be considering. Will 100% be working with them again, and especially Alan and Manny!

I had really bad tires and some type of issue with my car when driving on the freeway. My car would shake really bad to the sides when driving over 60+ miles an hour. I was really concerned for my safety and contacted Mountain View Radiator and spoke with Manny and Bill and they diagnosed my vehicle. Upon inspection it was concluded I had a really bad misalignment and also my front tires were displaying the bare metal on the tires. Mountain View Radiator made sure I was back on the road safely and took care of my vehicle promptly. I just want to say thank you MOUNTAIN VIEW RADIATOR! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Had a really great experience here! The staff was super friendly and made everything feel easy and low-pressure. The service was right on time and done quickly considering that I needed several things serviced. Huge shoutout to Manny (Manuel) who worked on my car — he was awesome! Super professional, explained everything clearly, and didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need. We went on two test drives, one to point out my concerns and the other to see the results afterwards. Overall, just a really solid experience. I was relieved to finally get to the bottom of what was wrong with my car and have everything fixed. Definitely recommend Mountain View Radiator, especially if you can work with Manny!

This is the best service I've ever received at a car shop. Manny is super friendly and let me pull up a chair to watch him change my oil and just talk about life. He's a really good guy with a good heart. He didn't charge me for the oil filter when I brought the wrong one in! His dog Oso is a really cute and tame German Shepard though he'll probably bark at you when you first come in. Thanks for the awesome service and I'll most definitely be back!
