This is the most honest and transparent auto repair shop I’ve ever been to. I had a complete front brake job done on my Civic. I already knew what I wanted and was prepared to pay the quoted price. That price quoted by Bill’s was a very fair competitive price. But when they evaluated the car, I was told I could actually hold off on the work if I wanted, at least for a little while. That blew my mind. I appreciated the honesty, but ultimately decided to have the complete front brake job, calipers, rotors, and pads, done that day. Along with the brake service I received a complimentary tire rotation and they cleaned the rim of one of my tires which may have been causing a very slow leak. After picking up my car I’m very happy with the total price and the work. I see myself coming back to B

Have been a customer of Wes’s for years now. As a business owner, I am constantly hearing horror stories from my clients about how they have been lied to or financially taken advantage of by different dealerships or auto repair shops. I would just like to take a moment and say just how much that not only saddens me, but makes me appreciate having everyone at Bills Auto Repair in my life. They always do their best to get me in and are always honest with me. I would highly recommend them.

Ditch the dealerships. Bill’s has continually provided great service, honest advice, and accurate repairs for a reasonable price. Great service is not cheap, but cheap service is not good. Bill’s has always put me back on the road fast at a fair price.

Had all my brakes and rotors done. It’s been a month since work was done and the car feels great. They gave me the best price around and the service was excellent. Will definitely use them again! My only complain would be that I couldn’t find many recent reviews, so I’m writing one.
