Just had a wonderful experience at Portland Automotive. The service person was incredibly customer friendly, even though I'm not even a customer! He provided me with the help I needed in an incredibly fast and courteous manner! I would recommend Portland Automotive highly, if my very positive experience is any indication of their level of service! And who knows, maybe I'll consider becoming a customer!

Fantastic service. Had several issues with my Jeep that needed to be repaired right away. Portland Automotive diagnosed and repaired everything the same day. The price quoted was the price I payed. Definitely a returning customer!

I have a 2014 Subaru Outback with 180,000 miles on it. The check engine came on, and I took the car to a Subaru dealership. They let me know that the code was 2763 which indicates a problem in the transmission valve body. They told me I had to replace the entire transmission for close to $7,000 versus around $2,000 for the valve body. I thought that was excessive and wanted to get a second opinion and took my car to Portland Automotive. Portland Automotive thoroughly diagnosed the problem and confirmed that one of the valves was bad in the valve body and said I had to replace the valve body only. They replaced the valve body in a timely manner, but unfortunately, when I got home, the check engine came back on and now there was a noticeable problem with the transmission. I called Mike

They’re extremely professional and I felt informed every step of the way. Additionally, the free loaner was a lifesaver. Will happily go back! Oh, and my car is back to its normal self!
