***Do not trust this mechanic!!*** This guy continues to make half fixes just so the part he just replaced goes out fast so he gets repeat business. He did it to my sister and he did it to me who knows how many times. I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt but I spend hundreds of dollars there just to have a problem with the same part soon after. I’m pretty sure this guy buys old parts to install and charges them like they’re brand new. Last conversation I had with the guy was sketchy. He was super surprised when I mentioned how recently certain parts in my car were, as if he assumed they were way older based on how it looked. Hands down best auto experience I’ve ever had. Completely clueless when it comes to this stuff, had to get a state inspection and they were so kind and extremely quick. I think Bill helped me out (sorry if that’s not right!) and he was super honest and sweet, will be coming here for all my auto needs! :)

I had called asking if there were any appointments available and was told yes Tuesday at 8am. I dropped it off the night before and by the time I called on Friday they hadn't even looked at it. Appointments mean nothing and they will get to it when they get to it so don't expect to have your vehicle back in any reasonable amount of time. If they were honest, I wouldn't be screwed right now as I would have taken it somewhere else. What a poor way to ensure revenue! Only reason they get a star is because I cant leave zero. Don't waste your time

Bill is top notch!!! Best in Buffalo. Very honest and reasonable. Honest shops are hard to find so if you are looking for honest and reliable. This is the place for you!!!!
