Bill's Auto Services Inc

Blew out a tire as a tourist in an unfamiliar area with a rental car, luckily only a mile from Bill's. The crew at Bill's helped me out with a change, gave advice on how to handle the car and connected me with the closest Enterprise location, all on zero notice and close to COB. Incredibly kind people who deserve all the business in the world -- I don't live anywhere nearby and don't own a car, but if I did, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

One year old brand new Toyota Camry 2024 engine wires got chewed by rodents. Bills fixed my car without calling me with an estimate or getting my permission to fix my car. They did not talk to me about repair they performed when I picked it up, just wanted money. They repaired chewed wires with tape(no shrink wrap-just a really bad tape job) and the job was negligent and careless. This is a major breach of repair. The insurance company will pay for a new harness for a new motor. They did not even wait for the adjuster to come and take photos or look a the car. I went to the dealer and insurance will pay for a full new harness! Mechanics do not have the legal right to make decisions and repairs without consent or an estimate. Double Trouble. STAY AWAY!

Honest mechanics and friendly staff. They only repair what is needed and never try to rope you into more services. Prices are some of the best around!

Can’t beat Bills auto. Friendly, reliable, fair and they do a great job everytime. We are lucky to have them. Highly recommend.

I always have the best experience at Bill's. They are kind, warm, accommodating and efficient. My vehicle and I are always so well cared for here! Even their waiting area is lovely with confy chairs and lots of fun magazines of every sort to peruse. Definitely has that family feeling and I highly recommend!
