I’ve had several positive experiences with Bill’s Auto Shop. Bill is just a really down to earth nice guy who is honest and charges a fair price for vehicle repairs. Yes, part prices have risen and liability insurance and labor costs have risen. But if you want dependable, reliable staff to come to work you have to pay them accordingly . A good friend told me if you pay people peanuts you are only going to attract monkeys. I have never left his shop feeling like I have been overcharged or taken advantage of. He’s worked on my vehicles and my brothers’ vehicles. His parking lot is always full which tells me he has a lot of regular customers. I highly recommend Bill’s Auto Shop for your vehicle maintenance and service needs.

We had a cylinder start misfiring on the interstate at 4:30pm right before a holiday weekend. We called around and Bill’s was the only place that would even get us in to look at it. They stayed open a few minutes late to make sure we got back on the road and charged a fair price.

I very rare give someone bad review about the bad experience ,until it get over the top, I hate for bill he is very honest but his workers don't.....I went their work shop couples of month ago to service my car and they hit my car inside the workshop after they did service my car and not even tell anyone about it and hand me the keys and act like nothing happened after i asked about it they said we don't do any body repair here . My suggestion to everyone to click pictures or make a walkthrough video before u handed them your car, Incase if you don't have any choice to go only them to service your car.

Bill and everyone did a quick and fantastic job, really helping me out with sudden car trouble on a trip to see family. They fit me in right away, and they diagnosed and fixed the issue very quickly. Amazing customer service! This should be a go-to for anyone in the area or if you’re passing that stretch of 65.
