New owner at the end of last year, sadly. Completely different business now. Ordered a leaf blower rack, said hed call when it came in. 2 weeks passed, called him, said he never ordered it. Apologized and said hed order it immediately. I understand, people forget. Another 2 weeks pass, called again, forgot to order it again. So I just cancel the order. Fast forward 2 months after I decided to give him another shot, I buy a new pole saw from him. Decided to order the extension pole, and I also dropped a trimmer off to be serviced. A week passes and I drop in to get my stuff as he said it would only take a couple days. Again, he didnt order the extension. He was completely lost and confused that I even had a trimmer there and had no idea I had for the longest time. He hadn't even ordered the

Excellent customer service, tried to find part i needed and spent time searching the inventory.

We bought a lawnmower from this place and paid upfront to get another fixed. The store owners Amish and I can’t really tell if he’s annoyed when asked if he’s done any work to it or not or if sounding annoyed is just normal for Amish people. Might change the review later they do have great financing prices though.

Took a couple chainsaws in to be cleaned up, sharpened and serviced! Price was fair, and it only took a couple of days! What more could I ask for?
