Bill And His Staff Are Very Good Honest And Trustworthy They Have Helped Me Fix Different Cars That I Have Driven In The Past

Three and a half years ago, my BMW E30 broke down on the highway on a Friday afternoon as I was moving up north. Bill was the only local shop who returned my call on such a short notice and went far, far above and beyond to help me on my journey. I’m leaving my review today because I’m passing through again and want everyone to know the depth of Bill’s kindness and compassion when it came to helping a stranded traveler like myself. I never forgot what you did for me that day, Bill! I tell the story often of how a stranger saved me from a small repair that could have become extremely expensive in any other situation. Bill is a hero!

Took my truck here stranded helping a friend move after it died on the interstate. They went out of their way to fit me in find a simple but brilliant fix. As someone that usually can’t afford a shop and does it themselves I can’t recommend this shop enough for their expertise and kindness.

Drove my car in with overheating problems under the impression that they were an honest business with good Christian values because of all the messages on outside of building 2 weeks later all they could tell me was that my heater core had busted and the thermostat was stuck. The car started multiple times for them to move it around the parking lot and then I got a call from them telling me the motor was ceased up and I needed a new motor. Remember I drove it in, it was started multiple times while there and now the motor is ceased...hmmm??? Would not recommend these crooks!

We have used Bill for our auto repairs for several years. The most recent job they did was replacing a water pump on my van. They gave us a cost & time estimate, took a deposit, ordered the parts and had the job completed exactly when they said they would for even less than what was initially quoted. He is honest and fair and has been so helpful to us. The techs have also been knowledgeable and helpful, and Rebekah in the front office has been wonderful to communicate with and help in any way every step of the way each time we have a vehicle in the shop.
