Expensive but they are thorough and do quality work. My first time here, I had a negative experience where i asked them to look at a specific head gasket issue on a Jeep WJ and instead they performed a general inspection which told me nothing about the problem. Yesterday i brought my old 90s VW that most shops won't work on because of its age, and they were able to diagnose and fix a starting issue within an hour and do some minor inspection. The guy told me on the phone it would be 180 an hour which is a lot already but when i got to the shop they said it was 240 because it's a German car. They applied some discount and printed out a invoice for 200 but the next day I went to pick up my car and they tried to charge me 240 again. Curious. Had an amazing experience here. Great people, the owner Kris treats their staff extremely well, and their customers too. They were very communicative throughout the entire process. They also gave me a rundown on everything that needs fixed on my 06 dakota and helped me prioritize the repairs. I would highly recommend Bill's to anyone who needs repairs!

I bought a 1986 mazda truck and took it to them to ready it for an emissions test. After spending $1,200 the truck failed emissions miserably. They claim to be old car specialists, but their advice should have been to get it emissions tested before having work done bc there is a waiver you can get after you spend a certain amount of money to fix the issues. They should have known this but they played dumb when I brought it to their attention. Super-friendly guy at the front desk, but they either took advantage of me or they simply aren't that bright. The place smells heavily of fuel so it's not exactly a surprise they couldn't tell that the fuel mix was too rich...even I knew something was not right when I drove it away. We had a great first experience. We had brakes and rotors replaced and everything from start to finish was excellent which is hard to find today. Our previous all-in-one repair shop often forgot things, didn’t update oil change stickers, did not complete work we asked for and overcharged. We are very happy with Bill’s!
