My wife and I can’t say enough good things about Bill’s Happy Camper a Family owned and operated RV dealership. We’ve purchased two Rockwood travel trailers from them. With any RV you buy there will inevitably be manufacturing defects. Bill’s have stood behind and repaired/replaced them on ours as quickly as anybody can expect. Even an out of place joist on the inside of the roof of our Rockwood 2618 was handled professionally and their Service Manager, Josh, (incredibly)had Rockwood replace the entire roof system under warranty!!! We recently purchased a Cedar Creek 5th Wheel from Bill’s Happy Camper. The customer service from Bill and his sales & service team is EXCELLENT. You are treated like family. We came all the way to Bill’s Happy Camper from Florida because our research indicated they are the best dealership to buy from and we were not disappointed. We picked out the Riverstone 425FO floor plan and Billy made sure it was perfect for us throughout the process. He communicated quickly and clearly, working with us and with RS to customize everything for us, including adding outlets and accessibility considerations. Billy went over everything with us inside and out upon delivery and was knowledgeable about the whole unit. Their hospitality is amazing; they accommodated our new trailer next to our old trailer for a couple days to allow us to situate our belongings before hitting the road back to Florida. we had a great experience with Happy Bills, Jordon worked with us to make sure what we wanted was perfect, we bought a 39RKFB and love the floor plan. When we picked the camper up on a Saturday and Jordan was going over everything in the camper the door opens up and Bill walks in to say thank you and it was Bills day off but he made a special trip in to say thank you!! Wow never in all the campers we have bought did the owner come over and thank us. everyone there is extremely nice and helpful. Josh in service was more than helpful to get a issue fixed for us, he sent his Tech to our house to get it taken care of 2.5 hours away!!! who does that!! Bills happy camper that's who. Special shoutout to Jordan at Bill’s Happy Camper. We started out over a few simple emails after seeing Bill’s talked about extensively in the Riverstone Facebook groups. We ordered ours around Halloween 24 and picked it up on March 20th. Now folks we live 9hrs from Bill’s so this decision wasn’t taken lightly but from seeing all the positive review about them it was a no brainer and they (Jordan) didn’t disappoint. We stayed 2 nights at Bill’s and Jordan quickly took care of a few minor repairs needed. He even had their detailers wash my personal truck at no charge, now that’s what I call Top notch service. See Bill’s is a family owned business and they make you truly feel like family just like i do in my personal HVAC business. As I told Jordan this is hands down the best feeling major p
