Christmas eve and we get gas at the BP at the TA in the middle of a 6 hour drive to the in-laws. Engine lights pop on and car starts idling real rough. Pulled into McDonald's to panic and figure things out. Called tressler who is right across the street and even though they were closed they deserve a kudos for reaching out to Mike. He saved the day. 15 minutes later he gets there and within 3 minutes he has diagnosed that it wasn't bad gas. Just a coincidence that an engine coil pack was bad. $60 dollar part and 1 bolt to replace. Got us on the road and we didn't have to cancel Christmas. And he was more than reasonable with what he charged. I can't help but think of how lucky this whole experience was considering how poorly it could have gone. Merry Christmas

Outta towner here…i found myself pretty much up the proverbial creek on Monday and not the good fishing one! Mike came to the rescue and did an amazing diagnostic on my vehicle. But he went above and beyond because what the reader was telling him was going to cost me a lot of money and time, but because of his expertise and experience, he knew that something wasn’t quite right. He did the digging and he found a very simple fix to what could’ve been a very costly job. He took the time to make sure the job was done right. He is trustworthy, he’s compassionate and he knows his stuff. And to top it all off that evening when I was several hundred miles away, he called to check in to make sure everything was good. Fishing creek is absolutely amazing! My husband and I stopped at a truck stop to fuel up. Immediately after starting our drive the dash indicated there was water in the fuel. We stopped to drain the filter and found there was omfact water in the diesel. Keep in mind its a Sunday and memorial day weekend. After several unanswered phone calls Fishing creek answers and was more than willing to lend a hand! Walked us through what needed to be done. Brought us some new diesel and had us follow him to the next truck stop. He stayed with us until he knew we were good to go. I highly recommend this company. We are so very thankful for them! Got us back on the road to Chicago!
