Bill's New & Used Tires

My husband bought used tires for a spare car . The tires went flat in two days. He took them to another tire shop and he stated that they didn't change the valve stems , they may not effort to clean the bead were the tire seals against the wheel and they used the wrong wheel weights that potentially caused the bead not to seal. He went back not for a refund but maybe sell them back (which he knew would be for a lesser amount than what he paid even though he didn't even use them) they were extremely nasty. My husband politely explained what happened but they were horrible. Just kept cutting him off and wanted him gone . Terrible people!

My 17 yr old daughter just went there because it's winter and she has 2 bald front tires, which is dangerous. It's her first time taking her car to the garage herself and she was immediately met with a real jerk that was mean to her for having to leave to get cash even though their ATM was out of order and told her she'd lose her place in line and when she got back he had the doors closed and left there by 4:25. Closes at 5 yeah right. Horrible first experience.

Treated a longtime customer with disrespect. Gave a super rude answer to changed policy of waiting in line for service. If they cannot treat thier disabled customers with patience and care, they don't diserve future business from her and from my family.

Went yesterday for 2 tires. They did the first tire. When they went to take off the 2nd tire they broke my lug key. Offered no help or solution and sent my husband on his way. We will never go back! Now we are stuck with a broken lug key and no way to remove the 3 remaining tires.

I dropped off a used tire to have it disposed of properly. There is a cost to dispose a tire, but it is very fair.
