Chris was great. They are quick to diagnose issues. They didn’t just check my complaint issue which was nice. They checked everything. I felt like I was able to make a fully informed decision about fixing my car. I didn’t feel like I was a nuisance when I called a bunch of times with questions about the inspection report or the work that was needed to do. I will only be bringing my bmw here moving forward

John and Chris at Bummer Experts are super knowledgeable and did a great job. They repaired my 2010 BMW X5 35d and were able to figure out the coolant leak I was having while also making sure I wouldn’t have reliability issues down the road. They know BMWs and their diesel variants which is worth its weight in gold. I would highly recommend using this shop if you are in the Reno area and want someone to repair your vehicle the right way for a reasonable cost. Truly appreciate their help.

The best thing about Bimmer Experts is their in depth knowledge of BMWs. They have a good idea when specific parts are likely to fail and we have taken their advice to do preemptive work on our X3. Consequently , have not been left on the side of the road due to a preventable problem. After nearly 195,000 miles on our 2008 X3, it runs and drives like it is new.

Would definitely recommend. My bmw has had nothing but issues, these guys were very honest and were able to quote me a lower price than all the other bmw specialists around Reno. Overall, very happy with my service and their honesty while working on my car.
