I personally went to the location because of a car meet that was happening. I had previously browsed the website and when I was inside the shop I decided to place an order for a part that I need to replace in my car. Everyone there was very friendly. I ordered my part and it has been a good min since I placed it but I gotta say that they have kept me posted. I’ve been receiving genuine emails from their VP Richard and they make me feel supported through the process. Apple car play I recently bought the apple CarPlay retrofit for my F30. I spoke with a representative through email who kindly and calmly talked me through the process on how to identify which system my car had. After the package had arrived I had to reach out once more as I was confused on a step of the installation but the problem was resolved quickly. The CarPlay device itself was of very good quality and the install itself was relatively easy. Overall a great experience from purchase to install I will for sue be buying from here again.
