Poor service took my vehicle in for a replacement alternator was told there was nothing wrong with my alternator but I still recommend them changing nothing technical or mechanical was wrong with my car 1 -2 weeks apon driving I noticed my car was harder to start after they changed my alternator bring it back to them now they say I have a para aesthetic drain which makes no sense when I didn’t have any problem like that before letting them change my alternator. I highly don’t recommend them to anybody. Also they told me I had an oil leak which I told them no way the car was diagnosed multiple times before bringing it to them I would of known if such, wrote me a silly recommendation statement with a total of almost 10,000 dollars which I laughed at honestly I think there a money hungry busi

Mike at Bimmer Rescue is TOP NOTCH. The highest compliment you can give a auto service worker - beyond acknowledging technical competence - is to label them "honest". That is Mike. He was up front about costs and needs, and acknowledged realities while being sensitive to what was and wasn't possible. I couldn't have asked for more. Auto mechanics are in an unique position to take advantage of clients' lack of technical expertise, and unfortunately, many of them do. Not Mike. Not Bimmer. It's good to find integrity in this area of service.

Best place to take your vehicle. Skip was awesome to work with. They gave me a loaner and had the repairs completed within 48hrs. Although they specialize in European cars, they can also repair domestic cars like other vehicle. I will not take my cars anywhere else.

Great experience. I have a 2008 bmw 750li. I want to get 300,000 or more miles out of it. I really like the car. These are the guys who can do it for me. My service advisor, Mike Traber, kept me up to date throughout the whole process. I was leaking oil and antifreeze, they fixed the problems without breaking the bank. Bimmer Rescue is my go to shop now. This was my 1st experience with Bimmer Rescue, I'm confident that these guys will treat me right and get the job done.
