My experience with James was beyond disappointing; it was outright appalling. After entrusting him with my vehicle for a seemingly straightforward headlight replacement, I was shocked to discover the extent of mishandling and negligence that followed. Firstly, it was evident that James lacked the necessary expertise to carry out a simple headlight replacement. Not only did he fail to complete the task, but he also managed to put over 800 miles on my car without my consent or knowledge. This level of disregard for someone else's property is completely unacceptable. Furthermore, upon receiving my car back, it became apparent that additional damage had occurred. The engine splash guard was broken, and there were issues with the steering gear, directly attributable to James' incompetence dur

SO HELPFUL! He dropped everything and figured out what was wrong with my BMW at no charge. It was a simple problem that I was going to have to tow my vehicle to a dealership for. Trustworthy and reliable service.
