Binion took care of my suspension issues. Service adviser are extremely friendly and helpful. Didn't feel like I was being judged or made fun of like other shops. Very professional crew! The moment I stepped into the shop, I knew I was in good hands. Will definitely come back for future repairs.

I reached out to via phone to get a quote on replacing a thermostat on my vehicle. I was told that they don’t typically give out quotes over the phone. That was disappointing. Update: Someone from the shop reached back out to me later on that day. (Tim, maybe.. I don’t remember his name) He was pleasant and actually sent me a quote for the service that I had originally called for. When I originally called I called from my work phone, but when he called me back he called my actual cell. I am sure they saw the original review to get my name because I never disclosed that when I called. He told me he looked me up in their system and got my cell number, which I have been a customer of theirs in the past for another vehicle but that’s been years ago. I was surprised to find out that they were under new management. So at this time I'm not sure how well they will do.However they did a great job on my oil change. They're very professional courteous and patient so thank you. By the way the price was very Reasonable I was surprised at that also. Thank you very much

JJ took excellent care of me when I came in, and helped my wife the day before. The whole reason I came to Binion was because of how helpful JJ was to my wife in getting her headlamp replaced. Because of the amazing help he offered her, I told my wife that I was going there the next day to get 4 new tires. There was no need to shop around, Binion has my lifetime business! Now THAT is how you gain customers and keep them for life, thank you to JJ and the amazing techs there for the great service, prompt and professional and great value for $$!!

I found this place by referral from my apartment maintenance man, after 2 unpleasant experiences at 2 other car repair/service locations. I couldn't be happier with their work or price, and am now taking three vehicles to them for various work. Paul has been very helpful lining up the work and being very patient. I feel like I'm the only customer they have when dealing with them. I give them more than 5 stars and think you should give them a try.
