My vehicles, my family's, and friends have all been repaired and maintained by Binkley's for many years. Most recent repair was done below the quoted price from another shop. I can't help but give them a five star review for anything they have done for me. From old to brand new computerized does not matter. I want to thank them for the years of service provided.

I had a very disappointing experience with this auto shop. I went there to replace the spark plugs on my car. Before the service, the car was running perfectly fine with no check engine light and no performance issues. However, immediately after replacing the spark plugs, the check engine light came on and the car started running rough and feeling heavy while driving. I returned to the shop the next day, and instead of taking responsibility, they told me it was probably a bad ignition coil. This didn’t make sense because the car had zero issues before they worked on it. To be sure, I took the car to the dealership for a second opinion. My family and I have been using Binkley's for over 20 plus years on different makes and models of vehicles. They have had different owners during that time but the quality and honesty has always been there. Today I dropped my vehicle off with a noise around the front driver tire and they were able to diagnose it. The bearing were going bad. They also found the same problem on the other side of the vehicle that I didn't know was there. They called and gave me a detailed explanation and the cost. I never have to worry about them upselling me or trying to take advantage. I recommend them to everyone I meet that has a vehicle issue.

Front desk was friendly and very helpful. Listened to what I wanted to have done and set my appointment. I was a little disappointed with the results of the actual work on my car. I had stated my concern about high fuel trims caused by a possible vacuum leak. I also requested a smoke test to check for a boost leak from my new intercooler. I got my vehicle back and the mechanic stated he performed the smoke test but could not pinpoint exactly where the smoke was coming from. I also noticed my mergepipe to be held on with zip ties and attached to my fan shroud in an attempt to pull it away from my pulley.
