Binswanger Glass

We will be using Binswanger Glass again. Yazid and Devin did a fantastic job installing our replacement windows today! They kept our old decorative trim from damage while removing it to begin the removal/installation and we were able to reuse all of it after they put in the new glass. One of our windows was very broken and they did a great job removing it and cleaning up all of the glass afterwards. Once the glass was installed, they made sure to clean them all up before leaving. Super happy!

Always a pleasure to do business with. My most recent order was for several insulated units for a remodeling project and all my measurements were transferred and ordered perfectly. I forgot to order six windows, but Deana made adding them a breeze. Richard was a great to deal with on the phone, Keith promptly delivered my original order, and Jeremiah later loaded up the six windows I added once they arrived, taking great care to make sure they would travel safely in my wife's car and make it to the jobsite unbroken. Binswinger Glass in Independence, MO is the place you want to go for your glass. We recently worked with them on the glass doors for our new shower. What a great experience. We had gone to other glass companies and they didn't seem like they were interested in our project. It was like we were taking up their precious time. Not so with Binswinger. We met with Richard and he saw and knew just what we were asking for. He gave us a price and the project started. They measured and brought the completed glass to install in the time frame that we were told. Jose and his helper of the installation crew were fantastic. They had my windshield in stock and had me scheduled very quickly. The technician, Jay, was on time and did an amazing job. From the administrative staff to the technicians absolute professionals!

Binswanger Glass was fabulous to work with. Their prices are reasonable to. We had them replace a windshield in a pickup that had a crack all the way across. We had priced windshields with competitors and they where 1/2 to 1/3 less. Plus they work with your insurance.Their workman were courteous, polite, & got the job done. They also made sure you understood post care of your windshield too; like no driving for so long and no power wash for a time limit. Very professional. And when you call for help , first a person answers the phone, & they take care of your needs. I would recommend them to anyone.
