DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT BECAUSE IF YOU HAVE ANY ISSUES THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIFIC. I'm restoring vehicle for customer and originally bought their black paint through amazon and painted most of the interior dash pillars visors etc. with no problem. Customer brought remaining panels for me to finish which included door panels armrests. Ordered black again directly from BioTech to paint those items. Spent many hours prepping and painting only to find out all 4 cans were mis-labeled on color. It was a real dark grey color and at first thought doesn't look right so I stopped with that can and used another one with same results so I assumed It was just me being paranoid and what are the chances all 4 cans were mislabeled so I continued. They close earlier than posted time and piss poor service

Have been using them for years have spent thousands of dollars with them. My latest challenge was the water Deposits leaving spots on my 50' Motoryacht. Carlos quickly jumped into action and suggested their new resin canister system to soften the water. What used to take me 3 hours now was done in 45 minutes because I do not have to chase the water spots and dry the boat. Thanks Biotech I have more time on the water now.
