Let me preface this by saying this is the first review I have left any business. Anywhere. I have lived in four different countries, I have been to a lot of different businesses, this is the first time I’ve felt inclined to write one. My husband and I took our car here to have the battery sensor wires correctly attached. This is a short job but weird history so my husband asked if he could speak to the mechanic, the girl at the front desk (Alyssa) said no, she had it handled and would explain. In retrospect we should’ve been firmer because spoiler alert, she didn’t. We left the car, got a text with a list of a few other things that needed to be done, oil change and engine fan replacement on top of the wires and a quote for everything, very reasonable price, we approved it. A great, trustworthy mechanic shop employed by knowledgeable, local people who never try to upsell or gouge you. They’ll let you know how badly you actually need a repair, and their prices are fair. They lock up cars they’re working on inside their chain link and barbed wire back lot, so your ride is safe in the Birchwood neighborhood.

The receptionist is wonderful and helpful! She helped me get a quote easily and got my car fixed the same week at a reasonable price. Would recommend!
